Your Invitation To The Longevity Experience
Despite the fact that I can’t speak for you specifically, I am confident in saying that the majority of us would prefer to live longer—and not only for the sake of gaining more years, but healthy years as well. Years when you can appreciate and completely experience life and, ideally, when your “healthspan” is equal to your lifespan!
My friends Denise Wakeman and Dr. Ellen Britt co-chair The Fast Factor Circle, a high-end membership organisation that emphasises intermittent fasting.
As that programme is coming to a close, they are widening their focus to look at through the perspective of lifespan with their new premium membership programme, The Longevity Experience. Also invited is YOU.
Ellen has extensive medical experience, and she will draw on this expertise to explain complex scientific concepts to you. They will help you use that information in a way that is beneficial, powerful, safe, and totally individual to you—your body, genetics, environment, and personality.
They will focus on having a long life as they discuss topics including exercise, sleep, and meditation. In-depth discussions will also be held on a number of cutting-edge subjects, including as consciousness, brain technologies, non-duality, nootropics, adaptogens, the brain-gut-immune axis, and many others.
The Longevity Experience‘s first eight weeks will begin with a review and update of the longevity experiment that was initially presented to their community last year. So that you may start enhancing your health, they will concentrate on nutrition, physical activity, rest, and the advantages of intermittent fasting for promoting longevity.
